Lentera emerged winner of the WWF Panda Labs hackathon and was awarded a contract to develop a solution to support farmers in the Lake Naivasha basin as well as engage with farmers towards sustainable agriculture. As part of this support, Lentera will develop the CropHQ platform that integrates satellite based crop health modelling with mobile extension services.
Lentera will also develop digital training materials on sustainable agriculture including organic alternatives for pest and disease management. conservation agriculture as well as safe use of agricultural chemicals.
